Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will support our marketing department in planning executing and monitoring a variety of campaigns and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer insights.
Support event planning partnerships and branding initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance and key findings.
Maintain organized marketing files contact lists and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
12 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
