Job Title: General Liability Litigator (Partner-Track)

Location: Philadelphia PA Hybrid (team generally comes in about one day per week; travel through Eastern PA NJ and NY as client needs require)

The Ideal Candidate

812 years of experience in complex general liability defense with first-chair trial experience.
Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania New Jersey and New York.
Hands-on experience with arbitrations mediations depositions and trial coverage; able to try cases start to finish.
Comfortable drafting pleadings handling motions/discovery preparing witnesses negotiating settlements and managing logistics/business contracts issues as they arise.
Proven ability to learn quickly multitask and take over active matters in a high-volume practice.
Strong writing research judgment and client-facing communication; entrepreneurial mindset for business development.
