Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Support project managers/senior project managers in managing one or more project teams.
Maintains the master project timelines and schedule for assigned activities.
Assists Project Managers in the development and execution of project plans timelines and budgets
May recommend solutions for delays to minimize impact.
May write minutes for sub-team and working group meetings.
Tracks and reports on status of tasks and action items.
Provides feedback to appropriate team members
Generates periodic project team and sub-team updates and assists with preparation of formal presentations as required.
May chair sub-team or working group meetings as requested.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Support strategic planning and development of departmental goals/objectives
Assist with inspection readiness and audit preparation
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Masters Degree and 3 years experience in a program/project management role OR
Bachelors Degree and 5 years experience in a program/project management role OR
High School Degree and 9 years experience in a program/project management role.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Degree and 9 years experience in a program/project management role.
Experience in a pharmaceutical setting
PMP preferred
Strong financial acumen
Experience in computer systems and risk management processes a plus
Experience with direct US and international health authority inspections a plus
Proficient in MS Word Excel Project and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate organizational prioritization and time management proficiencies
Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
