Key Responsibilities

• Champion environmental health and safety compliance across all electrical operations. Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline.
• Lead commissioning maintenance and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage including emergency generators Dynamic UPS and advanced power quality equipment.
• Provide expert-level support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D problem-solving methodologies.
• Oversee capacity planning system performance analysis and execution of expansion projects to enable site growth and production demands.
• Review and validate scope schedule and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades. Provide engineering oversight and technical guidance during design and construction phases.
• Conduct risk assessments and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to eliminate single points of failure and enhance system resilience.
• Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians through structured training programs and hands-on site engagement.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions for system abnormalities.
• Drive strategic initiatives for system capacity expansion reliability improvement and energy efficiency.
• Spearhead the deployment of SMART power systems predictive diagnostics and digital tools to enhance team productivity and system intelligence.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
• Experience:Minimum2 yearsof experience in High Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Systems Design Maintenance and Operations withinsemiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems ETAP software and IEC standards. Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
• Communication:Strong interpersonal and project management skills fluent in English with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and facilities systems.
• Self-driven proactive and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
