Senior Cluster Activity Officer - CE (f/m/x)
in Mars Petcare Strategy Deployment Department
Location: Warsaw

Key Responsibilities:
Leading the execution of cluster activities ensuring delivery aligns with Best-In-Class standards and project timelines.
Supporting governance by preparing and facilitating key meetings managing risks and ensuring process adherence.
Driving portfolio and pipeline optimization by identifying complexity reduction opportunities and promoting synergies.
Owning continuous improvement initiatives including training development knowledge sharing and fostering a learning culture.
Collaborating effectively with Demand Supply Chain and Project Management teams to synchronize activities and achieve high-quality outcomes.
Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of experience in demand/supply chain or project/process management with a formal project management qualification preferred.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and accountability for results.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
Proficiency in MS tools and openness to leveraging digital solutions for continuous improvement.
A collaborative leadership style skilled in building relationships managing conflicts and adapting to ambiguity with flexibility and resilience.
