About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a property developer company with over a decade of experience and actively involved in the development and marketing of residential projects throughout Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) West Java and East Java.

Job Responsibilities

Develop operational plans for project execution
Organize and coordinate day-to-day project activities
Oversee and implement project operations on-site
Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
Source and liaise with vendors and external parties to support smooth project execution
Facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders involved
Prepare regular reports and maintain project-related administrative documentation
Ensure productivity effectiveness efficiency and innovation across all project activities
Guarantee successful project completion in alignment with the established plans

Job Requirements

Holds a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Has at least 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in a property development company (landed housing projects).
Demonstrates strong expertise in residential construction management including planning execution budgeting and project scheduling.
Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of house construction and related infrastructure.
Proficient in AutoCAD SketchUp Microsoft Office Google Sheets and similar tools.
Experienced in preparing accurate effective and efficient project budgets (RAB) and cost plans (RAPP).
Exhibits strong leadership integrity broad insight and a collaborative spirit.
Has a pleasant personality a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Owns a personal vehicle
