Job Title: Warehouse Associate General Labor
Location: Near Wendy Bagwell Pkwy Hiram GA (must live within a reasonable commute have reliable transportation and valid Drivers license )
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire with Growth Potential
Shift Options:
First Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Second Shift: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. This role involves handling inventory preparing orders and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work fast-paced operations and flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick pack and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.
Restock shelves bins and storage areas.
Operate RF scanners to process inventory transactions.
Keep work areas clean organized and safe.
Safely operate manual or powered equipment when required.
Perform tasks involving standing walking stair climbing bending squatting and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with team members.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma GED or equivalent.
Ability to read and understand basic English.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must pass a drug test.
Live within a reasonable commute to Wendy Bagwell Pkwy Hiram GA.
Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
Desired Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Familiarity with pallet jacks and other warehouse tools is a plus.
