Title : Job Title: Customer Relations Advisor (Senior Admin) Temp role for 1 year so acting up allowance will apply where relevantDivision: Retail IntermediaryLocation: KilkennyA full-time temporary role has arisen for the position of Customer Relations Advisor based in Kilkenny. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and responding to customer complaints appeals media & ad hoc queries and cases from the Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO). You will play a vital role in maintaining and exceeding the delivery of excellent service to our customers.The successful candidate must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/CIP or Dip PMI)Role purpose:- Daily management and ownership of the complaint and appeals process to include but not limited to managing all incoming complaints assigned to the team and appeal channels/sources (queues post inboxes etc) complaint assignment and SLAs.
- Management of the centralised complaints system (Ciboodle)
- Be a champion for the customer in all activities and demonstrate alignment to the Vhi values. Question probe and challenge processes and decisions to achieve best customer outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including Eurocross and Collinson etc)
- Manage and mediate with the FSPO regarding all Pre-DRS DRS and full company files.
- Lead on Compliance and Risk obligations
- Call recording requests and call reviews for the claims reject champion team
- Participate in adhoc projects & RCA
