Home Health Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits to service Austin Texas and surrounding metro areas starting starting at $45 per visit.!!

**A tablet will be provided for all Full-Time RNss only. **

** Travel Time and Mileage Paid. **

Per Hour: $45.00 (Treatments).
Per Hour: $50.00 (Non-OASIS Assessments/Recerts).
Per Hour: $75.00 (OASIS Assessments/Recerts).

Brightstar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. What Youll Do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients medical conditions and needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
Administer medications treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions treatments and progress.
Communicate effectively with patients families and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
CPR & BLS certification.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
