Descrizione della Posizione:

Rispondendo al Responsabile della Produzione (Production Manager) sarai la figura chiave per lottimizzazione dellintero processo produttivo: dallintroduzione di nuovi prodotti (NPI) al monitoraggio delle prestazioni fino al miglioramento continuo del layout e dei flussi di lavoro.

Responsabilità Principali:

1. Ottimizzazione dei Processi e Lean Manufacturing:

• Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi di assemblaggio per raggiungere i target di efficienza (OEE).

• Definire mappare (Value Stream Mapping) e bilanciare i cicli e le fasi di lavoro (Line Balancing).

• Proporre e implementare modifiche e ottimizzazioni al layout di produzione.

2. Supporto alla Produzione e NPI (New Product Introduction):

• Gestire le attività di NPI in collaborazione con R&S e il team internazionale.

• Cooperare attivamente alla progettazione e allavviamento di nuove linee di assemblaggio.

• Fornire supporto tecnico quotidiano al Supervisore di Produzione.

3. Documentazione e Analisi Dati:

• Creare e manutenere la documentazione tecnica di produzione (istruzioni di assemblaggio procedure).

• Analizzare e monitorare i KPI di produzione (efficienza OEE).

• Gestire e aggiornare la matrice delle competenze (skill matrix) degli operatori.

Collaborerai quotidianamente con i team di:

• Pianificazione

• R&S (Ricerca e Sviluppo)

• Qualità

• NPI Internazionale

Job Description:

The candidate will report to the Manufacturing Production Manager and will be responsible for various activities throughout the production process from NPI to performance monitoring to layout and continuous improvement.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Analysis and optimization of assembly processes to meet the efficiency levels required

• Define working cycles and phases for the various production areas including optimization and improvement of the assembly lines

• Production lay out modifications and optimization

• Assembly instructions maintenance for the various products

• KPI analysis and maintenance such as OEE and efficiency

• Maintain and improve production operators skill matrix

• Provide support to the Production Supervisor

• Create Production procedures

• NPI activities

  • Cooperate with the team to create new assembly lines

  • Assembly instructions creation

  • Assembly phases balancing

  • Value stream mapping

She/He will cooperate with:

• Planning team

• R&D team for New Products Introduction and product portfolio maintenance

• Quality team for continuous improvement and NPI

• International NPI team

Basic Requirements

Requisiti Fondamentali (Must-Have):

• Formazione tecnica (preferibilmente Diploma ITIS o ITS.

• Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili (Analista Industriale Tecnico di Processo/Metodi) in contesti produttivi di serie.

• Lingua Inglese: livello B2 minimo (parlato e scritto) essenziale.

• Italiano madrelingua o fluente.

• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office / Google Suite.

Costituiscono Titolo Preferenziale (Nice-to-Have):

• Conoscenza e applicazione pregressa di metodologie Lean (es. 5S).

Lassunzione è subordinata al superamento con successo di un controllo dei precedenti.

Basic Requirements:

• Technical Education - ITIS or ITS are preferred

• Previous experiences as Industrial Analyst or Industrial Technician in companies with mass production

• English knowledge B2 level minimum spoken and written is a must and native/fluent Italian.

• Microsoft office/Google suite knowledge

• Nice to have: Lean techniques 5S and previous experiences in their application

• We are looking for a motivated person committed to results and continuous improvement.

• This position requires the ability to work on-site at our plant in Schio. Preference will be given to candidates located within a 45-minute commute
