Are you a proactive highly organized professional and looking to take your career to the next level GEA Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to actively support the CEO and CFO of our Nutrition Plant Engineering Division in Düsseldorf.

In this pivotal role you will work closely with top-level executives contribute to strategic decision-making processes and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities at the leadership level. Your roles:

As Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO of the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support ensuring effective management of priorities and take an active part in strategic project management of the division.

Your roles include:

Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings appointments and events for the CEO and CFO

Coordinating business travel arrangements managing expenses processing invoices contract/document processing and general office management

Organize internal and external board-level meetings including agenda preparation minute-taking and follow-up documentation

Act as the central point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders

Tracking and control of action points resubmissions deadlines and key dates

Effectively coordinating decision-making processes at the top management level by supporting analyses reports and statistics and creation of presentation material

Project & Task Tracking

Working on a variety of interdisciplinary & strategic problems while supporting strategic projects and initiatives within the division

You play an active role in meetings and conference calls including fluent and confident presentations in English

Support with documentation and follow-ups for internal and cross-functional projects

Active participation in selected Group projects and taking on ad-hoc special tasks as neede

Your Profile / Qualifications

Successfully completed degree (e.g. economics) or a comparable qualification

Business Development and / or strategic Know-How preferred

Several years of experience supporting senior executives in an international business environment

Forward-looking and solution-oriented action as well as a high degree of initiative and flexibility

Strong organizational and communication skills high level of initiative independence and a structured way of working as well as discretion and loyalty

Professional demeanor discretion and reliability when handling confidential matters

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook PowerPoint Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal

Fluent in English and German (both required)
