Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
US Person (US Citizen or Legal Resident Alien)
No experience required and on the job training provided
No high school diploma GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience
1 year of similar work experience in the cleaning industry
OSHA MEWP Certification
Responsibilities:
Deep clean buildings/facilities as directed by team supervision and management
Follow procedures for the use of power equipment in order to perform work and prevent damage to floors walls and fixtures
Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.
Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities
Clean and dust fixtures floors ceilings wallsand equipment as directed
Clean interior partition glass windows and glass partitionsusing soapy water or other cleaners sponges and squeegees
Gather and empty trash debris and other defined materials
Wipe and clean tabletops chairs and equipment in break room areas
