In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Global Leadership: Offer direct management for a Global team encompassing direct reports and individuals with a dotted line reporting relationship. Be responsible for their performance coach and train each employee and drive performance for all projects on the team. Represent Continuous Improvement programs in key management meetings such as Profit Review or Growth Conferences.
- Process Redesign: Supervise and guide the team in development and implementation of both top-down and bottom-up methodologies to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement programs and projects across the business functions and sites.
- Program Execution and Accountability: Empower the distributed team to spearhead Continuous Improvement initiatives from start to finish. Collaborate with partners to ensure projects are driven to the highest standard handovers to business owners are flawless and improvements are sustained over time through robust accountability measures.
- Culture and Collaboration: Champion a Continuous Improvement culture by coaching and supporting the team as they redefine lean tools facilitate departmental and functional projects and lead Kaizen events such as workshops value stream mapping change management initiatives standardization and data analysis.

- You are a strategic action-oriented leader with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven ability to influence across functions and geographies. You thrive in collaborative environments driving impactful change through Lean Six Sigma Agile and/or Perfect Execution methodologies. Your ability to lead high-visibility initiatives and solve complex challenges makes you a catalyst for transformation.

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications Certified Lean Practitioner Kaizen Facilitator
- Experience or knowledge of working in the Industrial Valves industry.
