A Day in the Life
We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our VAS Repack department as Cell Coordinators & this dynamic role you will support the repack operations ensuring continuous learning operational excellence and a positive work environment. The Repack department at the Medtronic EOC Distribution Center repacks a wide range of products five days a week across multiple maturity cells and two shifts.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Assess and train operators to maintain and improve competency levels fostering continuous learning.
- Report and explain the status within the cell/zone including KPIs and identified issues.
- Promote a positive open and collaborative work environment.
- Provide direct feedback to colleagues and supervisors.
- Temporarily halt work if deviations from standard procedures are identified ensuring immediate resolution.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Certification in departmental procedures.
- Experience with SAP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word).
- Minimum of 2 years operational experience in Value Added Services.
- Knowledge of the company Quality Management System and quality objectives.
