Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ETL Lead with over 6 years of experience to design develop and optimize scalable data pipelines and drive end-to-end data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ETL tools cloud platforms and data warehousing best practices. This role involves both hands-on development and leading a small team to deliver high-quality performance-optimized ETL workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust scalable ETL workflows for processing both structured and unstructured data.
- Architect and deliver complete data warehousing solutions for enterprise-grade systems.
- Develop and manage data pipelines on cloud platforms such as Snowflake Redshift or Azure Synapse.
- Ensure data quality integrity security and compliance throughout all ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data integration strategies.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance for scalability and cost efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers ensuring adherence to coding and design standards.
- Conduct code reviews provide technical guidance and support project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Expertise in ETL tools such as Matillion Informatica Talend SSIS ADF or AWS Glue.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Scala for automation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake Redshift Azure Synapse or BigQuery.
- Strong understanding of data modeling data lakes and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow ADF or AWS Step Functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in leading or mentoring a development team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance tuning and cost optimization of ETL workflows.
- Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming technologies such as Kafka Kinesis or Azure Event Hub.
- Familiarity with metadata management data cataloging and lineage tracking.
- Experience with data security and compliance standards such as GDPR HIPAA or SOC 2.
- Certifications in ETL tools Snowflake AWS Azure or GCP are a plus.
