The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the unique challenges of construction workforce management. Youll play a key role in sourcing screening and securing the best talent for both site-based and office-based roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with project managers and leadership to identify hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
- Source skilled professionals - including engineers supervisors operators and tradespeople.
- Conduct interviews reference checks and background verifications.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for civil and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming projects.
- Attend recruitment events at NAU ASU High Schools and other events.
- Performance and training opportunities to advance our current staff.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 23 years experience in recruitment ideally within construction engineering or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction roles and workforce structures.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment software (e.g. Indeed Applicant Pro or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Bilingual is preferred.
