Synerfac is looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant for our client in DullesVA. Our Client is an expert in MEP building systems and provides integrated full lifecycle solutions that optimize the design construction operation and efficiency of buildings.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant will manage a wide range of administrative coordination and IT support-related tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Safety Team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares edits and distributes routine correspondence reports and Coordinates the Safety Team calendar including key events Safety Programs and deliverables.
- Technical support for Safety IT Software SharePoint (edocument filing) spreadsheets presentations etc. as required.
- Manages the Safety storage inventory and ordering including PPE training materials and incentives.
- Monitors screens and assists in managing Safety email mail and telephone communications.
- Assists with coordinating onboarding of Safety Team members special projects and safety initiatives as needed including the setting up of Safety Training
- Document editing proofing formatting and production for SOPs and Training Material
- 5 years of administration experience in construction or a related field
- Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or extensive experience in the role
- Knowledge of Word Processing software Internet software and Spreadsheet software
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
