The ideal candidate is customer focused and attentive with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming atmosphere. A keen eye for detail excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality are essential.
What will I be doing
As a Lounge Attendant you will be responsible for stocking and maintaining the buffet station in accordance with the established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet and welcome VIP guests with a warm professional demeanor.
Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a premium guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area at all times.
Restock food beverages and supplies in the buffet and self-service stations.
Monitor buffet presentation and ensure items are fresh appealing and replenished promptly.
Clear tables and maintain a tidy dining area throughout service hours.
Monitor guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
Ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols.
