Automation Project Engineer Lessines
Vous pilotez des projets dautomatisation industrielle de bout en bout : de la définition du besoin à la mise en service en passant par la validation et la formation des équipes.
Ce que vous ferez :
Gestion de projet : Coordination des projets dautomatisation robotisation contrôle qualité par vision.
Analyse & amélioration : Identification des besoins techniques et proposition de solutions pour améliorer la performance intégrer de nouvelles technologies ou répondre aux exigences réglementaires.
Documentation & validation : Rédaction des livrables projet (URS FS DS) gestion des Change Controls Business Cases validation FAT/IQ/OQ suivi PQ.
Suivi opérationnel : Commandes travaux mise en service respect des délais et budgets.
Formation & communication : Formation des équipes gestion des parties prenantes internes et externes.
Investissements : Rédaction des demandes Capex suivi budgétaire.
Conformité : Respect des exigences EHS cGMP et réglementaires.
Documentation projet : Gestion des artefacts techniques et qualité.
Ce que vous apporterez :
Formation : Ingénieur Bac5 en automation électromécanique informatique industrielle ou équivalent.
Expérience : Minimum 8 ans en gestion de projets dautomatisation en environnement industriel (pharma agro chimie).
Atouts supplémentaires :
Expérience en vision automatisée (IA) packaging material handling mise à niveau PLC/SCADA.
Certification en gestion de projet.
Compétences :
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project).
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
Excellente coordination déquipes internes/externes.
Esprit déquipe flexibilité rigueur sens de linitiative.
Langues : Français et anglais courant.
