How youll make an impact

  • Create and modify transformer designs with a strong focus on safety and hazard control.
  • Participate in design reviews and quality verification processes.
  • Optimize designs to meet evolving standards and incorporate new components.
  • Develop and review engineering drawings specifications and plans.
  • Design and analyze complex models and simulations using advanced tools.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver tailored design solutions and gather feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design processes and technologies.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience in transformer design or associates degree with 8 years of experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in transformer systems and related engineering disciplines.
  • Proficiency in advanced design software and simulation tools.
  • Experience working across engineering manufacturing and customer-facing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
