Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (Alpharetta GA)
We are hiring for a thriving private pediatric clinic located in Alpharetta GA dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to children of all ages. This team is passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals through personalized care evidence-based practices and a warm supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join this this full-time role you will work closely with children and their families to assess diagnose and treat a wide range of speech and language disorders. The position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with therapy sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech language and communication disorders in pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client evaluations
- Provide direct therapy services to children ensuring progress is monitored and goals are updated regularly
- Collaborate with families caregivers and other healthcare professionals to support client outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with clinic standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive clinic culture
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Georgia state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
