Job Summary
FCC Specialist
As an FCC professional you act as a trusted and independent risk steward. You help keep the bank safe and compliant by operating proactively transparently and consistently within the FCC doing so you contribute directly to the prevention of financial crime.
Role and responsibilities
You investigate highly confidential signals received from various government agencies and analyze complex cases involving both retail and corporate clients. You are able to identify relevant connections and assess risks with precision.
- Conduct in-depth investigations into corporate and retail clients in the areas of sanctions AML corruption and tax risks.
- Collect analyze and document investigative information.
- Draft clear reports and well-founded recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Tax Risk and Legal and external parties including the FIOD Labour Inspectorate and FIU.
- Identify risks and propose improvements to policies and processes.

This role requires demonstrable experience within the second line (compliance) where you have developed a broad understanding of risk acceptance and risk management. You have experience conducting thematic and/or project-based client investigations and possess a strong affinity for policy improvement and process optimization. You work independently meticulously and with a strong focus on quality.
- You hold a completed bachelors or masters degree.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a second-line compliance role this is a requirement.
- You have demonstrable experience with thematic and/or project-based client investigations.
- You have an affinity for policy development and process optimization.
- You are capable of working independently and can not only mitigate risks but also interpret them within the broader risk framework. You are able to identify and articulate potential governance gaps.
- You have demonstrable experience collaborating with public partners such as law enforcement agencies municipalities and social benefit institutions.
