Job Description

Essential Duties and Job Functions

  • Develops and implements of sales strategy for Gilead portfolio of products.
  • Responsible for the sales effort and achieving all geographic product revenue and expense targets
  • Liaises with Medical and Sales and Marketing to ensure effective communication and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establishes effective working relationships with key opinion leaders locally and nationally which can influence prescribing policy/protocol position.
  • Ensures monitoring systems are in place and being managed effectively in order to evaluate sales force effectiveness
  • Establishes and meets future developmental needs of the team. Works with team to create learning plans and recommends training and development solutions and provides mentoring and coaching as appropriate.
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing team (direct reports and third-party service providers) to ensure compliance with Gileads Code of Ethics and Business Conduct policies including adherence to requirements of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Chinese laws.

Knowledge Experience and Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills along with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Must be able to develop maintain and utilize a high level of product and therapeutic disease knowledge to promote the appropriate use of Gilead products to Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Is familiar with industry trends and remains current with competitors resources and practices. Must be able to analyze highly complex data and put together concise reports while meeting all deadlines.
  • Strong leadership in coaching and develop people.
  • A bachelors degree in science preferred and 8 years of relevant sales experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历医药相关专业优先扎实的制药或医疗行业营销管理经验
  • 敏锐的数据分析能力和行业洞察力能快速制定策略形成行动计划并有效执行
  • 优秀的跨区域管理和渠道管理能力优秀的团队管理和人员管理经验
  • 高效的跨团队合作能力优秀的项目设计和执行能力优秀的大客户开发和管理能力
