Job Summary
Position Summary:
Star Protection and Patrol is seeking a dedicated and reliable Patrol Sergeant to oversee field operations across our Wisconsin territories including Fox Valley Madison and Milwaukee. This leadership position is essential for maintaining operational integrity supporting field staff and ensuring quality control through active supervision and site engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of Personnel: Oversee and support all on-duty security officers across assigned regions. Ensure officers are following company policies procedures and client-specific instructions.
Radio and Dispatch Management: Monitor and respond to all radio traffic and dispatch calls in real-time. Serve as the primary point of contact for all field communication during shift hours.
Field Operations: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure officer accountability site compliance and operational excellence.
Equipment & Uniform Distribution: Deliver uniforms gear and supplies to officers and job sites as needed.
On-Site Coverage: Fill in at client sites as needed to ensure coverage particularly in cases of call-offs emergencies or staffing shortages.
Reporting & Documentation: Submit daily shift activity reports incident reports inspection logs and personnel evaluations as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or field leadership experience in the security industry.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Excellent communication time management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of security operations and post orders.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Work Environment:
This is a field-based position requiring travel across multiple cities (Fox Valley Madison Milwaukee).
Must be available to respond to emergencies last-minute callouts and operational issues during assigned hours.
