Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedDigital Workplace (DWS) Senior Systems Engineerto design implement and optimise end-user computing and collaboration platforms. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on automation endpoint management identity solutions and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Build and deliverautomation workflowsto streamline endpoint identity and support processes.
Manage and optimiseendpoint and identity platforms(e.g. Intune Kandji Okta) with Zero Trust principles.
Useanalytics toolsto predict and resolve user experience issues.
Configure and enhancecollaboration platforms(e.g. Google Workspace Zoom ServiceNow).
ProvideL3 technical expertise define standards and mentor junior engineers.

Skills & Experience

10 years in End-User Computing / Digital Workplace engineering.
5 years with automation scripting (PowerShell) and data-driven IT solutions.
Strong knowledge of endpoint management IAM and collaboration tools.
Experience with cloud services (Azure AWS GCP) and REST API integrations.
Experience with Kandji and Nexthink.
Understanding of cloud security compliance and Zero Trust.
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and VDI are a plus.
