About the Role

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist youll play a key role in shaping and executing our compensation and benefits strategy. Youll be part of the Rewards Recognition & Performance team within the Human Resources department and will help ensure our reward offerings are competitive relevant and aligned with our long-term people strategy and business goals.

What Youll Do

Strategy & Design

  • Develop maintain and implement compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure our total rewards approach supports talent attraction retention and engagement.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with the local and global teams to design and administer compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle including benchmarking budgeting and salary/bonus reviews.
  • Lead and/or contribute to projects that enhance our total rewards offering (e.g. pension mobility rewards communication).
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies designing innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee engagement.

Data & Insights

  • Drive data-driven decision making through detailed analysis and reporting providing insights that support strategic reward decisions.
  • Update C&B policies and draft communications for employees and the Works Council.

Advisory Support

  • Serve as the go-to contact for day-to-day performance management compensation and benefits inquiries.

What Youll Bring

Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
5 years of experience in Human Resources including a minimum of 2 years in Compensation & Benefits
Strong numerical and analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Fluency in Dutch and English
