License Requirements
- Certified in phlebotomy or other lab related discipline
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication skills. Accurate performance and collection of tests while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
