Step into Your New Role

Kleinfelders Mt. Laurel NJ office is seeking a Supervisory Technician to join our growing team. The Supervisory Technician will support owners on some of the largest projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunity to work on multiple high-profile jobs and gain a wealth of valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform special inspections and testing of construction materials in the field in order to verify conformance to the applicable codes project plans and specifications.
• Project management support client coordination staff supervision and scheduling.
• Conduct in-field training for staff and new hires on active projects.
• Collaborate with field and lab teams to implement safety and LPS (Loss Prevention System) standards.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process for recruiting field staff.
• Support the management of equipment maintenance calibrations field files document control etc.

Qualifications:

• Certifications and experience related to Special Inspection and Materials Testing or 4-year degree in engineering geology or environmental science or graduation date within one year of employment.
• Certifications in the following are required:
  • ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician- Grade I.
  • Nuclear Gauge.
  • ICC Certifications.
• Proficient in using a tablet.
• General knowledge of MS Office including Word Excel Outlook required.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel.
