Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients with a friendly professional demeanor.
Gather medical history and perform basic diagnostic tests.
Support optometrists during exams and procedures.
Maintain and sanitize instruments and equipment.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.

Qualifications

Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the field of eye care.
Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus but not required.
