Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm service-oriented Spa Host to join our Spa & Wellness team at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq Qatar. As the first point of contact for our guests the Spa Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing experience.
Greet spa guests warmly manage check-in/out procedures and provide excellent customer service.
Handle spa inquiries schedule appointments and provide information on services and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness of reception area and spa facilities offering guests refreshments and guidance.
Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service flow and promote spa services and products.
Assist with inventory management and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
