Job Summary
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager the Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring an exceptional guest experience and managing a dedicated team of restaurant heartists.
As the Outlet Manager you will be responsible to manage the day-to-day restaurant operation support menu planning promoting and maintaining highest standard in professional management of the outlet.
Support in managing and maintain the outlets financial records inventories monitor processes controls as well as spearheading promotional campaigns to drive business.
Accountable for enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently.
Inspire treat with respect role model and lead the restaurant heartists while taking them accountable to deliver personalised service that exceeds expectations ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.
Qualifications :
High school diploma with 4 years progressive work experience in the food and beverage department; related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management Restaurant Management Hospitality and Business Administration.
Excellent leadership skills having strong multi-cultural awareness.
Candidate with solid experience working within the Doha market as an Outlet Manager is an advantage.
