About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join a respected Grammar School in Suffolk from January 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire Sixth Form students through engaging and thought-provoking lessons that explore human behaviour cognition and research methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5 to a high academic standard.
Design and deliver lessons that encourage independent thinking and analytical discussion.
Assess and monitor student progress adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.
Contribute to departmental initiatives and school-wide academic events.
Support enrichment opportunities such as guest lectures and research projects.
Maintain high expectations for achievement and conduct within the classroom.

About You:
Degree in Psychology or closely related field.
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Psychology at KS4/KS5.
Strong communication organisation and motivational skills.
