Job Summary
An Outstanding 1118 secondary school in Taunton is seeking an innovative and motivated Design & Technology ECT to join their Technology Faculty from January 2026. About the Role
You will teach Design & Technology across KS3KS5 specialising in Product Design or Resistant Materials. Lessons will combine practical craftsmanship and modern technology including CAD/CAM 3D printing and sustainability projects. You will also support pupils preparing for GCSE and A-Level coursework.
The role includes full participation in the schools ECT induction programme with mentoring lesson observations and CPD focused on design innovation and engineering education.

PGCE with QTS (or pending) in Design & Technology Product Design or Engineering
