Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a PRN role in a healthcare facility located in Pawling NY. This position provides critical support to our nursing staff by ensuring the well-being of patients and delivering high-quality patient care in a variety of shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in patient assessments and documentation in patient records.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare protocols infection control standards and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of New York.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
