Pay Rate: $16 - $20 per hour; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As an LNA you will provide high-quality care and support to patients under the direction of nursing staff ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
Take and record vital signs including temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration.
Report any changes in a patients condition to nursing staff promptly.
Support patients with mobility and transfers including use of wheelchairs stretchers or lifts.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Assist with transporting patients to and from procedures or appointments.
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
Communicate effectively with patients families and team members.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications:

Valid LNA license in the state of New Hampshire.
BLS/CPR certification.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
