Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients support their medical needs and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients according to established policies and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patients vital signs conditions and responses to treatment.
Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals patients and families to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or changes in patient condition.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays as needed.
