Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN (per diem/as-needed) this role you will provide direct patient care assess patient health needs and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. This position is ideal for nurses who are flexible dependable and looking to supplement their income with occasional shifts.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
Monitor and assess patients conditions recording vital signs and updating medical records.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Coordinate with the healthcare team to plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Provide patient and family education and support.
Respond to emergency situations in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HIPAA state and facility policies.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Hawaii.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
