Position title : Sr. Java Developer with Conversational AI Platform Exposure

Location : Dallas TX - Onsite day 1

Duration : Long Term Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and integrating AI-driven conversational platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about emerging technologies possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain high-performance Java-based applications and microservices
Integrate AI and NLP capabilities into conversational platforms (e.g. chatbots voice assistants)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science UX and Product to deliver intelligent user experiences
Optimize system performance scalability and reliability
Implement RESTful APIs and ensure secure data exchange
Participate in code reviews architecture discussions and agile ceremonies
Stay current with emerging trends in AI machine learning and conversational technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot and related frameworks
Experience with AI/NLP platforms such as Dialogflow Rasa IBM Watson or Azure Bot Services
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and integration techniques
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kafka ElasticSearch or NoSQL databases
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with frontend technologies (React Angular) is a plus
Prior experience in voice-enabled applications or multilingual conversational design
