Role Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with machining and CAD/CAM experience to join our this role you will design and develop mechanical systems for advanced automation projects support machining operations and work closely with our electrical and controls teams to deliver complete solutions.
What Youll Do
- Design mechanical components assemblies and fixtures for automation systems
- Create CAD models drawings and BOMs
- Apply CAD/CAM software to generate machining programs
- Operate and support machining processes (mills lathes CNC equipment)
- Collaborate with engineers and shop technicians on system builds
- Support testing troubleshooting and customer site installations
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 2 5 years of experience in mechanical design for automation or machinery preferred
- Machining experience (manual and/or CNC) required
- CAD/CAM software experience required (Fusion 360 Mastercam or similar)
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks Inventor or Autodesk tools)
- Strong problem-solving teamwork and communication skills
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 9-hour days (8:00 AM 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch)
- Occasional travel to customer sites
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70000 $90000 (commensurate with experience)
- Semi-monthly pay schedule (1st and 15th)
- Paid Time Off: As agreed upon during hiring
- Standard company holidays
