Location: Parsippany NJ (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud and systems integrations. The role requires strong leadership in designing scalable Salesforce solutions leading architecture discussions and delivering seamless integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic vision and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for Service Cloud and related modules.
Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs middleware such as MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica etc.).
Provide technical leadership in Salesforce best practices data modeling security and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and developers to align architecture with business needs.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture principles integration standards and coding best practices.
Conduct design and code reviews ensuring high-quality technical deliverables.
Define governance frameworks for Salesforce releases and integrations.
Support pre-sales and solutioning activities by contributing to proposals solution demos and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Salesforce architecture.
Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud Omni-Channel Knowledge Case Management and CTI integrations.
Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP and middleware platforms (MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica Jitterbit).
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model Apex Lightning Components Flows and security model.
Experience with CI/CD DevOps practices (Copado Git Jenkins Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration patterns.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

Good to Have:

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
Certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect Application Architect or System Architect.
Experience in multi-cloud implementations (Sales Service Marketing Experience Cloud).
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integrations (Platform Events Kafka).
Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g. Financial Services Cloud Health Cloud).
