Job Summary

Profile: Sr. Service Engineer
Location: Delhi

Job Overview:
We are looking for a technically sound and analytical OEM Engineer – PV Inverters who will be
responsible for diagnosing faults analyzing performance issues and supporting corrective measures for PV inverter systems. The ideal candidate should bring a deep understanding of inverter systems hands- on experience in diagnostics and the ability to guide field teams for efficient operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze inverter fault logs and performance data to identify underlying issues.
• Determine root causes for inverter failures alarms or performance drops.
• Provide technical recommendations for corrective actions and assist in implementation.
• Create and present technical reports and summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support field maintenance and service teams with technical troubleshooting training and best
practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably with OEM exposure in PV
inverters.

Required Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of PV inverter systems and fault diagnostic processes.
• Experience working with inverter data logs and performance analytics.
• Good understanding of solar PV systems and electrical circuit troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualities:
• Hands-on experience with multiple inverter brands.
• Exposure to field service remote diagnostics or technical support roles.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
