The Role: Housekeeper
As a Housekeeper youll ensure that every guest room and shared space meets the impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards expected of a five-star property. Your contribution will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall sense of luxury and tranquillity within the lodge.

Key Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms public areas and service spaces to exceptional standards.
Ensure all linen amenities and furnishings are maintained and presented immaculately.
Report any maintenance issues or shortages promptly to the relevant department.
Support smooth daily operations by coordinating with other departments.
Uphold guest privacy professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

About You

Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment.
Reliable trustworthy and committed to excellence.
Strong attention to detail with pride in maintaining pristine environments.
Flexible and willing to work day or evening shifts as required.
Preferably resides within or near Hout Bay.
