You will be responsible for building new customer relationships and closing additionyouwillup-selltoexistingcustomersqualifyleadssetappointmentsandcommunicateopportunities to the outside salesforce.
Key responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls emails and voicemails to foster client relationships and sign new customers.
- Process and distribute applicable Residential/Commercial Supplyagreements.
- Qualify leads and set appointments in for Energy consultants in the field.
- Review all relevant customer account documentation and follow up for any missingitems.
- Occasional outbound calls to existing customers to upsell additional services and maintain client relationships
Desired skills and experience:
- 1 years of inside sales experience preferably within a phone sales/inbound call center.
- High school diploma or general education(GED).
- Bilingual speaking proficiency: Spanish/English is a plus
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) data entry proficient.
- experience or related CRM skills are preferred.
- A fun outgoing action-oriented professional who seizes opportunities to close asale.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills:Strong written and verbal skills are a must.
- Goal Driven & Dedicated: An energetic resourceful hands-on individual with a strong service orientation.
- Solutions-based sales: Motivated to continuously learn offered products and services to better serve the customer.
- Natural Multi-tasker; someone who can decipher information and plan a course of action on the fly.
Rate:
- $18-20 per hr. plus monthly commission
