Develop and maintain professional functional working relationships with all employees and guests.
Handle guest complaints in a professional courteous and timely manner.
Stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service areas and dining room.
Comply with all local and SOP health sanitation and food/ work safety guidelines.
Clear clean and reset tables and clean chairs and floors after guests leave.
Comply with uniform and appearance standards.
Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be upbeat outgoing and positive.
Must be able to assistassisted living population and possess great guest relations skills.
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
Continuous use of hands and arms.
Continuous bending reaching and twisting required.
