Job Summary
Geon Technologies is a rapidly growing small business that provides signal processing and sensor system integration services to the United States Government (USG) and the industry base that supports seeks to be known for signals sensors and has expertise in the science and development of signal processing techniques and algorithm solutions for multi-INT signal processing and hardware focused sectors of Geon are supported by the work Geon conducts with open architectures open frameworks and open systems that facilitate the rapid development integration and deployment of techniques and capabilities to operational contexts.
Geon Technologies is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.
Day to Day:
- Supports planning organizing directing coordinating and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams.
- Assists in the development of management plans and the preparation of cost and performance reports.
- Assists in coordinating project activities including work package drafting work breakdown structure management and related program functions.
- Manages logistics for travel meetings briefings and other activities essential to program execution.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of three (3) years supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates without associates degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be required to have additional years of experience.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence
- Proven ability to coordinate program-related activities including requirements resources personnel funding and scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint to support program operations.
- Clearance Required:Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Geon Technologies provides wage ranges in accordance with the Maryland Wage Range Transparency law. Paywithin the range will be decided by the company in its sole discretion and will be based on several factors including but not limited to experience and/or other qualifications. The projected pay range for this position is $65000- $85000.
