Job Summary
Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams Were looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyers agent to join our team. Youll act as the buyers main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. - Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads
- Actively seek out new lead sources through networking building databases cold calling open houses etc
- Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone email etc.
- Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list as well as inform them about current market conditions
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price
- Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish
- Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions
