Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
Ensure compliance with project plans specifications and schedules.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work to maintain project timelines.
Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of zero incidents.
Conduct regular site meetings inspections and progress updates.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain accurate daily reports logs and documentation.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience as a Superintendent handling K-12 projects.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
OSHA certification preferred.
