Job Summary

Idenhaus is looking for a SailPoint IdentityNow Developer/Architect to join our team. This position is open to full-time or contract for an experienced developer with 7 years of development experience in SailPoint IdentityNow. As a Solutions Architect you will be responsible for being the technical lead in the successful installation integration and deployment of SailPoint IdentityNow SaaS and IdentityIQ software projects for clients and partners.

About the Role
The SailPoint IdentityNow Architect will design implement and optimize enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting experience guiding organizations through their identity transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and end-to-end implementation ofSailPoint IdentityNowsolutions across diverse enterprise environments.
Develop and configureworkflows rules lifecycle events certifications and connectorsto integrate with enterprise systems such as Active Directory HRIS and SaaS applications.
Define and documenthigh-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD)including capacity planning scalability and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate with clients to translate business and compliance requirements into technical specifications that align with IAM best practices.
Serve as atrusted advisorto clients recommending IAM strategies and automation approaches that align with business goals.
Implementidentity lifecycle managementaccess certifications andpolicy-based access controlsacross enterprise applications.
Deploy and optimize SailPoint IdentityNow integrations using REST APIs SCIM and custom connectors.
Providementorship and technical leadershipto IAM project teams ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to design principles.
Establish and maintaingovernance models documentation and operational processes for ongoing IAM programs.

Required Qualifications

7 years of IT experience with 4 years focused onSailPoint IdentityNow Identity and Access Management.
Proven hands-on expertise withSailPoint IdentityNow including deployments customizations and connector configurations.
Strong understanding ofIAM principles including RBAC authentication protocols access governance and directory services.
Proficiency inJSON REST APIs PowerShell and JavaScriptscripting for identity automation.
Familiarity with industry compliance frameworks such asISO 27001 GDPR and NIST.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ certification.
Experience designingcloud-native identity architecturein Azure AD or AWS environments.

Prior consulting or professional services experience delivering multi-client IAM solutions.
