Job Summary

The Operations and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the daily logistics operations of the company. This role ensures efficient resource managementincluding personnel vehicles and delivery routeswhile maintaining compliance with safety and transportation regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and leadership skills capable of monitoring operational KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Logistics Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related field.
35 years of experience in logistics transportation or supply chain operations.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and digital tools for performance tracking and analysis.
Understanding of transportation safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Intermediate to advanced level of English (preferred).
