Our client has asked MB Attorney Search to recruit a dynamic highly motivated Labor & Employment Associate (approximately 24 years of experience) to join its Houston Texas office.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a thriving nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice that continues to see strong growth. The Houston office currently has several senior attorneys and partners driving a busy docketwhats missing is a talented associate to round out the team and provide essential support at the junior level. Youll have the chance to work closely with L&E partners in Houston as well as across the country gaining broad exposure to a wide range of clients industries and matters.

Labor & Employment Associate Opportunity:

Youll handle a variety of complex labor and employment matters including:

• Temporary restraining orders and injunction proceedings
• Trade secret and non-compete litigation
• Wage and hour class and collective actions
• Single-plaintiff employment litigation
• Discovery motion practice trial preparation and drafting pleadings motions and other court filings in both state and federal courts

• Top academics and prior law firm experience in labor and employment or complex litigation is required.
